If you received an e-mail receipt from ClickBank - you'll need to submit a ticket with ClickBank. On your original email purchase receipt from ClickBank, you'll find a customer service link. Follow that link and submit a ticket to process your refund!
If you received an e-mail receipt from Thincpro only - Please send an email to support@thincpro.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line and let us know which program you're requesting a refund for!
