Some athletes see their gains right away, while others will not see their gains until after they have already completed the program and allowed their body time to recover.
Here are some tips to see your gains sooner:
1. Limit Muscle Fatigue by:
A) Be sure to stay hydrated. Drink lots of water
B) Eat clean. Limit Starchy Carbs and Refined Sugars / Junk Food. Consume lot of clean protein, vegetables, and fruit
C) Make sure you’re stretching everyday and warming up/cooling down after each workout, training session, or game
D) Ice any sore areas a few times per day, and immediately after activity
2. Make sure you are using the right technique by combining Vert Shock with Instant Shock
