How Do Refunds Work?

At Thincpro, we honour our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee for all athletes.

We believe in our programs, and want to give the best training and help we can provide to our new and veteran athletes! 

If you're unsatisfied after training, and are within 60 days from the original purchase date, you're eligible to make a refund request with us. 

If you would like a refund, please search for your email receipt and complete one of the following: 

If you received an e-mail receipt from ClickBank - you'll need to submit a ticket with ClickBank. On your original email purchase receipt from ClickBank, you'll find a customer service link. Follow that link and submit a ticket to process your refund! 

If you received an e-mail receipt from Thincpro only - Please send an email to with "Refund Request" in the subject line and let us know which program you're requesting a refund for!
